Who We Are

Our core team is made up of our four owners, our head brewmaster and head chef. We have many amazing servers and kitchen staff who create and keep our taproom and kitchen working! Be sure to treat them with kindness and respect!

OUR STORY

Four friends who share a passion for family, St. Catharines, and Niagara and the fruitful taste of good beer came together to create and foster a space that celebrates history, and community.

Started in 2017 Decew Falls Brewing Co. championed in local bars and restaurants their “Morning Star Cream Ale”, many spots brought on the flavourful beer, and continued their support ever since. With our taproom opening up in August of 2022, we have introduced 5 new staple beers with rotating taps as well bringing the taste of Niagara’s history with the St .Catharines community and local business’ together.
