In recognizing the courage, sense of duty, and sheer stamina of her actions, our 32K IPA is named to commemorate the heroic actions of Laura Secord during the War of 1812.
Braving the wilds of the Niagara Escarpment in 1813, Laura Secord walked alone for 32km, then guided further by Cayuga Nation Warriors, arrived at Decew House to warn the British of an impending American attack. Our brewmaster taps into this same tenacity to convey this bold IPA.

Aroma
A prominent hop aroma featuring citrus, pine and berries with a hint of the grainy malt backbone.
Appearance
Gold colour with notes of copper, very slightly hazy with a large, long-lasting head.
Flavour
A slightly toasted, grainy malt foundation supports a robust hop flavour featuring citrus, berry and pine notes, yet a moderately restrained bitterness. Finishes medium with a lingering hoppy bite.
