SIR ISAACS PALE ALE
Valiant leadership
Charismatic nature
Niagara’s historical past
In tribute to the leadership of the Major General and Commander-in-Chief, his sacrifice in battle and the Niagara region’s historical past, our Sir Isaac’s Pale Ale is named in homage to the valiant man that led the forces in defending Upper Canada in the War of 1812.
Leading with bravery and brains, Sir Issac Brock was respected by both allies and adversaries. Our Brewmaster taps into that same integrity to draw out the charismatic personality of this commanding pale ale.

Sir Isaac’s
Pale Ale
5.5% ABV | 30 IBU
Aroma
Bold and complex hop aroma with notes of tropical fruits (pineapple, mango), tangerine, and candied stone fruit supported by low levels of neutral malt with a hint of bread.
Appearance
Slightly hazy copper-gold colour with a moderate, persistent head.
Flavour
Hop forward flavour that highlights the tropical fruit aroma, with a moderate, clean bitterness that sits atop a neutral malt foundation. Finishes dry with a pleasant, lingering tropical fruit flavour.
Overall
A complex interplay of tropical hop aromas and a solid malt foundation produces this bold, yet refined American Pale Ale. Big on flavour but easy on the palate, Sir Isaac’s American Pale ale is truly worthy of its namesake
