A sophisticated, malt-forward beer featuring toffee, biscuit and malt sweetness accented by subtly herbal English hops that finishes with a slightly roasted dryness. Complex and memorable yet clean and smooth, Copper Beech Red Ale is a truly unique and satisfying sip.
MORNINGSTAR CREAM ALE
Original Recipe circa 2017
5.4% ABV | 15 IBU
A very good example of a post yard work beer. Refreshing enough to quench your thirst after a round on the lawnmower and delicious enough to sit and enjoy while not caring that the yard work never even got started.
North street lager
4.5% ABV | 19 IBU
A delicate, restrained interplay of noble hops and grainy malt flavours make this traditional German Munich-Helles lager truly shine. A truly refined everyday beer.
SIR ISAAC’S PALE ALE
5.5% ABV | 30 IBU
A complex interplay of tropical hop aromas and a solid malt foundation produces this bold, yet refined American Pale Ale. Big on flavour but easy on the palate, Sir Isaac’s American Pale ale is truly worthy of its namesake
Shipman’s stout
4.3% ABV | 27 IBU
This classic stout is a velvety, full-bodied brew featuring a robust malt flavour with notes of roasted coffee and chocolate that linger on a smooth finish.
Litehouse Lager
4.0% ABV | 17 ABU
Crisp and bright notes of lime and mint hop aromas cut through a classic crackery malt profile that features hints of sweetness from an addition of flaked maize.
